Ms. Lily Sarafan serves as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at TheKey Home Care. She serves as an Advisor at Civilization Ventures. She serves as a Board Member at Instacart. She served as Chief Executive through December 2020, taking it from startup to industry leader and recognized best-in-class home care company. She serves in various leadership roles to advance precision health, economic development, and informed civic engagement, including the Stanford University Board of Trustees, the Freeman Spogli Institute Council, the Undergraduate Cabinet, and the Life Sciences Council at Stanford. She is the Founding Partner of Project BIG: The Brain Immune Gut Initiative and an appointed member of the California Governor's Alzheimer's Task Force. She has been named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Women Health Care Executives Woman of the Year, Fortune 40 Under 40, a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as a board director of Thumbtack and Kyo. She holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.
