Mr. Richard Schreiber serves as Managing Director, Transaction Development at Versa Capital Management. He has over 30 years of experience in private equity, focused primarily on recapitalizing distressed companies through control investments, both through and outside of the bankruptcy process. He has held a full range of equity-sponsored portfolio company responsibilities, including acquisitions and divestitures, board of directors' accountability, senior management recruitment and oversight, strategic planning, and financial reporting and structuring. Mr. Schreiber holds a B.S in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in finance.
