Ms. Svetlana Nikiforova is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Startobaza. Nikiforova graduated from specialized school for entrepreneurs, with the diploma with honors external graduated from the University of management TISBI in Kazan. She is a lawyer by training and obtained Master of Sports in artistic gymnastics. In 2009, she became the first director of technopark in the field of high IT park technologies of Kazan - the largest technopark in Eastern Europe. She is also a developer of the concept of the business incubator of Kazan started in 2010. In 2011 Nikiforova founded a business accelerator, Startobaza for the development, support and financing of IT startups. In 2013 she became the member of selection committee of Microsoft Seed Fund. She co-founded RealSpeaker.
