A 26-year veteran with TRW Inc., Skilling was named to his former position in September 1996, when Experian became a privately held company. Prior to the spinoff, Skilling was executive vice president of TRW Inc. and general manager of TRW Information Systems & Services. He was appointed to lead TRW's information businesses in September 1989. Skilling serves on the boards of Onvia, Inc. and American Business Bank.
