Description

Mr. Robert Sureck serves as Senior Market Manager - Central & SouthEast Regions at Silicon Valley Bank. He also is an Angel Investor. He is responsible for managing the business activities for the bank in Texas through its offices in Dallas and Austin with a specific focus on driving new client relationships and expanding existing client relationships. Additionally, he closely monitors the business and economic issues affecting technology and private equity in the Texas region and works closely with the bank's clients to leverage the opportunities created by the ever-changing business climate. He joined SVB in 1999 as a senior relationship manager and opened the company's Dallas regional office, which now has more than 100 clients. Prior to working for SVB, he spent 10 years with the Texas division of Chase Manhattan Bank. While with Chase he spent eight years with the Middle Market group and the last two years as vice president of the Technology Group. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and a master's degree in business administration from the University of North Texas.
