Mr. Shayne Higdon is a Co-Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at The HBAR Foundation. He served as Board Member at CodeNotary. He served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Summit Partners. He is the Board Member at JAMF Software. He served as the President, Board Member & Chief Executive Officer at Symplified. He has served as a board observer since 2009 and as a member of the board of directors since July 2012. Prior to joining Symplified, He was SVP and GM of Quest Software's User Workspace and Performance Management business units. He previously served as the managing director of Quest's Corporate Development team where he led mergers & acquisitions, corporate venture investing, corporate strategy, and business development. Prior to joining Quest, He held various lead and management positions at both DataSynapse, Inc. and BMC Software. Currently, He serves as a member of the board of directors at JAMF Software, a best-of-breed Mac and iOS management company. He is also an honorary member of Galvanize, a Denver-based organization that creates an ecosystem for entrepreneurship through venture capital, community, and curriculum. He holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
