Description
Mr. Jerry Marcus serves as Vice Chairman of Global Banking at UBS Group. He served as a Vice Chairman, Global Investment Banking at BofA Merrill Lynch. He is an Angel Investor. As an investment banker, Jerry has provided strategic advice to Chief Executive Officers, Boards of Directors and owners of a broad range of retailers and DTC brands. Well known in the industry, he is appreciated for his perspectives on strategic growth and how to succeed given changes in the consumer and technology. Jerry has been the financial advisor for acquisitions and also led IPOs, other equity financings and debt financings for many companies in the industry. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Jerry has built the investment banking practices related to the retailers and brands at UBS, Bank of America, Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley. He is also on the Board of CRE, a leading non-profit consulting firm to non-profits. CRE provides the strategies and tools needed to build sustainable, high-performing organizations that improve people's lives and drive social change. Mr. Marcus is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S. in Engineering summa cum laude), and The Wharton School (MBA with Distinction).
