Description

Mr. Lou Farinella served as Chief Financial Officer at Titan Security Group. He also serves as commercial manager of Aftermarket Parts and Service at Provisur Technology. He is also an Angel Investor. He also serves as an advisor at PetPartner. He is responsible for Titan's financial reporting, accounting, payroll, sales, pricing, procurement, and IT. He also participates in strategic plan development, merger and acquisition activity, and contributes to the overall management of the company. Prior to Titan, Lou was CFO of NGC, the leading provider of branded payments and gift card fulfillment solutions for the loyalty, rewards and incentives industry. During his tenure, NGC doubled in size and was successfully sold to Blackhawk Network in 2020. Previously, he was CFO of Moore Landscapes, a private equity-owned commercial landscaping company. He also spent more than a decade with the Crown family's private equity arm, CC Industries, and their portfolio company, Provisur Technologies, where he held various leadership roles in finance, M&A, strategic development, sales, and international expansion. He started his career as a consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds a BS in Finance and Accounting, with High Honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA, with Distinction, from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
