Mr. Steven Lockshin is the Founder of Vanilla. He is an Angel Investor. He was the Founder of Convergent Wealth Advisors. He served as Board Member at Just Invest. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. In 1995, as part of the development of Convergent Wealth Advisors, Steve founded CMS Reporting. CMS Reporting is now known as Fortigent. He previously served as a partner at Meltzer & Associates, a nationally recognized firm providing services in insurance, estate planning, and executive compensation. Prior to joining Meltzer, he worked with Legg Mason Wood Walker in various business units, including an extended period in the municipal bond department. Mr. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. He holds the Certified Investment Management AnalystSM designation administered by the Investment Management Consultants AssociationSM. He also holds the Investment Strategist Certificate (ISC), as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 65 license.
