Alex Collins General Information

Mr. Alex Collins serves as a Partner at Oakley Capital Private Equity. He served as Board Member at Facile.it. He is an Angel Investor. He joined Oakley Capital in 2007. He has been active in the private equity industry for over 13 years and has previously worked for GE Capital, Advent International and Henderson Global Investors. He has investment experience in a wide range of geographies and sectors including the UK, Italy, Sweden and Spain. He has additional operating experience from his time with GE Capital in a number of distressed and troubled situations, including acting as the interim Chief Operating Officer in the in-court insolvency and restructuring of a leading Italian toy manufacturer. He is fluent in Italian with a working knowledge of Spanish. Alex holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economic History from Union College, New York.
