Ms. Pamela Strisofsky served as Advisor at Guardian Capital Partners. Ms. Strisofsky served as Board Member at Ardica. She was also active in various private equity groups and standards-setting bodies including the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) that lobbied for regulatory, tax, and general accounting changes for the industry and smaller-cap companies. While at TL she also provided accounting, financial, and strategic support to several funds and companies, including Safeguard International Fund, Eastern Technology Council, and Internet Capital Group. Prior to TL, she served as the Controller/Acting Chief Financial Officer for the clearing and depository subsidiaries of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and worked closely with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the promulgation and enforcement of various rules. Previously, she worked at MBNA America as a Finance Officer in its external-reporting department. She began her career at BancOne Corporation, where she assisted in the evaluation and eventual consolidation of several acquired banks into the BancOne family. She is also a Board Member of Philadelphia Health Partnership. Ms. Strisofsky received a B.S. from Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
