Mr. Rokas Tamosiunas is a Co-Founder at CEED Tech. He also serves as a Mergers & Acquisitions Partner of Europe at Outpost Ventures. He serves as a Partner at Open Circle Capital. He also serves as Managing Director at Pointman I. He serves as Senior Advisor, Lithuania at Excedea. Serial entrepreneur, early-stage investor, and strategic execution hustler. He has built and sold two of his own businesses, has been part of investing in 30 technology startups, and consequently participated in nearly 100 early-stage transactions. Previously, he has founded and/or managed several acceleration programs in the Baltic, including StartupHighway and the Barclays Fintech Accelerator program in Vilnius. He is a frequent speaker at events throughout Europe and beyond, a mentor to many startup companies, participates on several boards of startups, and is an active member of the innovation community in the Baltic region. He has been named in the Top 10 in innovation in Lithuania (2015), in the Top 3 investors in Lithuania (2011), and in the Top 30 Under 30 in Nordic (2014), and has been awarded the Lithuanian Business Partnership award (2011). He holds BSc. and MSc. degrees from Vilnius University, as well as further certificates from Cambridge Judge Business School.
