Prior to joining WaldenVC, he was a Principal at Granite Ventures, where he partnered with ambitious companies such as Anaplan, Hirevue, Smule, Telltale Games, Motiv, and KindlyCare. Prior to joining Granite, he was a Founding Partner at Health Nest, a seed fund accelerator that focuses on supporting consumer mobile startups, specifically mobile & digital health companies. He helped cofound the program and led the first batch of investments. He began his career as the founder & CEO of Pureland, a cross-border e-commerce startup that aimed to deliver high-quality tea through a socially-conscious model. He is an active mentor at 500 Startups and a startup judge at Plug and Play He also founded "Founders & VCs", a community of 2500+ active founders and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley, to generate and promote entrepreneurship content for the startup community. He earned his degree from Tulane University, A.B Freeman School of Business.
