He was a key member of the turn-around teams at Siris Capital-backed Intralinks (sold to SS&C) and Apax-backed Sophos (London IPO). He was also a senior executive at Rocket Software and Phase Forward. He helped scale Phase Forward from zero to over $220M in revenue, Nasdaq IPO, and subsequent sale to Oracle. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel at Reed Business Information and as a corporate associate at the law firm of Skadden Arps. He has a law degree from Columbia University School of Law, a bachelor's degree in political science, and a special honors curriculum from Hunter College of the City University of New York. He invests in early-stage startups as well as PE and venture funds.
