Mr. Ty Kalklosch currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Raken. He founded PayLease in 2003 and later served as its CEO. Prior to his role at PayLease, Mr. Kalklosch worked as a Sales Representative at ADP and Wolters Kluwers. He is an alumnus of San Diego State University with a degree in Finance. Additionally, Mr. Kalklosch is a Founding Investor and serves as Principal & Advisor at Ask Canopy. He played a pivotal role in developing an innovative insurance product that replaces security deposits in tenant housing. In July 2020, Mr. Kalklosch joined Raken as its CEO. Raken is a technology company that provides innovative mobile solutions to streamline field workflows for construction workers. Their 'digital toolbox' connects the field to the office with daily reports. Over the years, PayLease has expanded its platform and suite of services. Part of the PayLease platform, Zego, assists operators in modernizing the resident experience to boost retention and efficiency through an industry-leading mobile resident experience management platform, all within a single, user-friendly application. Mr. Kalklosch is a graduate of San Diego State University and is known as a technology-focused real estate disruptor. Vista Equity Partners acquired PayLease in 2017.
