Mr. Michael De Anda is the Founder & serves as Principal at de Anda Capital. He serves as a Board Member at TruMed Systems. He served as Chairman at American Biosurgical. He is also an angel investor. He is a Board Member of Federal Research and Therapydia. He has over twenty years of experience in private and public investing and has served on numerous Boards of Directors. Prior to forming Foghorn Capital, he founded and managed de Anda Capital, a family office, and currently serves as its Principal. He has been investing in privately held companies since 1993. Previously, he was an advisor to E-coupons and sat on the Boards of NetHandicap and Federal Research prior to the acquisitions of these businesses. Prior to his full-time management of the de Anda Capital family office, he was a General Partner of Eureka Capital, a small-cap-focused hedge fund. He is a member of the DePaul University College of Commerce advisory council. He earned his C.P.A. in Illinois. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He serves as Chairman at American Biosurgical. He also serves as Director at BrandFidelity and Veri-Tax.
