Mr. Michael De Anda serves as Principal at de Anda Capital. He serves as a Board Member at TruMed Systems. He served as Chairman at American Biosurgical. He is also an angel investor. Prior to forming Foghorn Capital, he founded and managed de Anda Capital, a family office and currently serves as its Principal. He has been investing in privately-held companies since 1993. Previously, he was an advisor to E-coupons and sat on the Boards of NetHandicap and Federal Research prior to the acquisitions of these businesses. Prior to his full-time management of the de Anda Capital family office, he was a General Partner of Eureka Capital, a small-cap-focused hedge fund. He is a member of the DePaul University College of Commerce advisory council. He earned his C.P.A. in Illinois. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
