Before joining Symantec, he held technical leadership roles at BEA/Plumtree, TellMe Networks, and Netscape. He is also an active board member of the Level Playing Field Institute (LPFI), a non-profit that promotes innovative approaches to fairness in education and the workplace. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University
