Ms. Michelle Lin served as Associate at ACF Investment Bank. He is an Angel Investor. Prior to joining about Corporate Finance, Michelle worked at RBC Capital Markets in the New York Consumer & Retail Group where she advised companies in the retail, food & beverage and consumer packaged goods sectors on strategic alternatives, debt and equity financing and acquisitions. Michelle brings a wealth of transactional experience, having worked on numerous sell-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity capital raises and mid-market buy-side deals. Her clients included both large corporations and private equity firms.
