Joanne Yuan General Information

Description

Ms. Joanne Yuan serves as Partner, Investments at Turn/River Capital. She serves as Board Member at Invicti Security. She is also an Angel Investor. She served as Associate Partner at Cowboy Ventures. She led the investment in and sits on the board of Acunetix, Netsparker, and CoSoSys. Prior to joining Cowboy, she was on the investment team at private equity firm Hellman & Friedman, where she worked closely with the management teams of consumer internet, digital media, software and services companies, including in operating roles leading strategic projects at Catalina Marketing. She has also been a deal lead on the corporate development team at Google, focused on acquiring start-ups. She started her career in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. She has dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate degree from Stanford. She founded and serves on the investment committee of The Women's Building in San Francisco.
