Mr. Josh Rutberg serves as Chief Customer Officer at Boomi. Mr. Rutberg is an Angel Investor. Mr. Rutberg served as the Managing Director at Loyal3. Before joining LOYAL3, Rutberg spent 15 years at Bain & Company working with numerous technology clients and private equity funds across a range of issues including: strategy, operations, due diligence and organizational improvement. Josh brings more than 20 years of experience in software as a service (SaaS) technology companies and across the customer success discipline, with proven results and specialization in account management, retention, growth, executive relationships, loyalty and more. He is responsible for driving measurable outcomes and success for the company's global customers. Previously, Josh led Customer Success at MuleSoft, driving greater than 115 percent of net revenue retention (NRR) and a 90+ percent renewal rate. He was also a partner with Bain & Company and spent 15 years building a solid foundation in advising clients on strategy, go-to-market transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Josh holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics from University of Pennsylvania.
