TEAK Capital Corporation together with its subsidiaries and affiliates is a privately held industrial investment portfolio primarily focused on corporate carve-outs and acquisitions, rapid acquisitions of subsidiaries or orphaned businesses, portfolio spin offs efficient risk transfer and liquidity solutions to corporations, private equity, portfolio managers and fund investors. Established in 2007, initially as an investment fund to manage a managed account of a fund of Goldman Sachs and thereafter acting as exclusive investment advisor to investment fund Elliott Management. In 2013 the firms business evolved into a primary focus on principal investments, operating as a strategic investor building a privately-held industrial portfolio through corporate acquisitions. The firm operated exclusively in the Asia Pacific region until 2015 when it expanded into the LATAM region.
