Description

Mr. Brent Kitts serves as Director, Investment at Graham Allen Partners. He serves as Chief Financial Officer at SEMMA Health. He serves as Director at Graham Allen Partners. He is a Director on the Graham Allen Partner Investment Team and leads the firm healthcare group. He is responsible for all aspects of the deal process including: deal origination; financial, strategic, and risk analysis; due diligence; transaction structuring and negotiation; and post-closing portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Graham Allen, he spent five years in public accounting; where he provided assurance and business advisory services to healthcare companies throughout the Pacific Northwest. A native of Portland, Oregon, he earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oregon and his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude.
