Mr. Brian Gaister is a Co-Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Pennington Partners & Co. Mr. Gaister is a Co-Founder and serves as a Partner at SaaS Ventures. He is an Angel Investor. He is a serial entrepreneur, and active investor, and is passionate about building and investing in companies and helping mentor and develop the next generation of leaders. He is also actively involved with family companies. Prior to founding Pennington Partners & Co, he spent 8 years at leading investment banks. He devotes substantial time to serving on the investment committee for the Bender JCC of Greater Washington D.C. as well as serving as a long-time committee member for the Investment Management Consultants Association. He is also a member of The National Young Leadership Cabinet through JFNA and is a founding member of the Keiretsu Forum in Washington D.C. He previously taught economics and served on the advisory board of the Academy of Finance in Howard County, Maryland, and is a member of Nexus Global. He holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, as well as a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, both awarded by the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA®) in conjunction with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and has also completed the Executive Education Program on Strategy and Leadership at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.
