In 2023, he became Chairman of Dufry Group and Vice Chairman of Mundys SpA. Cavaliere del Lavoro graduated cum laude from Boston University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. After an experience as an analyst in the London office of Goldman Sachs, he served as Chairman of the Benetton Formula1 Racing Team, leading the team to obtain two world drivers titles and a constructors' title. As President of the Cortina 2021 Foundation, he led the organization of the Alpine Ski World Championships.
