Mr. Richard Donner is an Angel Investor. He served as Partner & Executive, Capital Markets at HG Capital (UK). He is an Angel Investor. He has completed more than 100 transactions over the last 20+ years and now works across all sector teams providing senior-level support in transaction execution and financing. He has particular expertise in the public-to-private deals, and more generally in capital markets operations. He has overall responsibility for HgCapital's relationships with banks and financial institutions. Richard started his career at HgCapital in 2004, focusing on the TMT sector where his transactions included the acquisition, financing, and disposal of IRIS, Visma, Addison, and CSG. More recently he worked on the IPO of Manx Telecom and the acquisition of Visma, Team System, and financing of the purchase of IAS and demerger of CSH. Non TMT transactions include the multiple financings of Voyage Group, the public-to-private acquisition and disposals of SHL and Mercury Pharma, and the disposal of Mondo Minerals. Recent financings have included high yield bond issues for Team System and Voyage Group. Richard has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
