Mr. Daniel Keelan is a Co-Founder of Next Step Capital Partners. Mr. Keelan is a deeply experienced executive, entrepreneur and investor. Over the course of his 25-year career, Mr. Keelan has held a variety of posts ranging from field sales to Chief Executive Officer, playing an important role in the success of companies such as IBM, Oracle, i2 Technologies, and Formation Systems. Mr. Keelan's perspective is truly global, having lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the Americas. As a Sales Executive at Oracle in Dallas, Mr. Keelan was promoted to Regional Manager before then accepting a post as General Manager for Oracle in Melbourne, Australia. From Oracle, Mr. Keelan moved to i2 Technologies, where he built i2's APAC operations, developing and managing major customers from Japan to India. Following a return to the United States for one year, Mr. Keelan assumed leadership of i2 operations in Europe. With the performance of the region faltering ahead of his arrival, Mr. Keelan quickly turned Europe into one of the fastest-growing and most profitable regions for the company worldwide. In addition to a strong record of corporate accomplishments, Mr. Keelan is an experienced entrepreneur, beginning with the operation of Catalysts Computers (Computer Sales), TDK Properties (Property Development) and Wix Technologies (Sports Apparel). For the last several years, Mr. Keelan has been an angel investor, investing and taking active roles in Lifestyle Innovations, Accuwater, BizGreet, Walters Bay Tea, Challenge Games, Atonometrics and Hellfire Games.
