Mr. Marcus Glover serves as General Partner & Managing Partner at Lockstep Ventures. Mr. Glover serves as Chief Marketing Officer at MeVee. He also served as a Partner at Southbox. He has created ventures with some of the world's most beloved celebrities including Muhammad Ali, GOAT Snack food company in partnership with Masterfoods; The S.Carter Footwear Company a partnership between Jay-Z and Reebok; Ekocycle sustainable apparel, a partnership between the Coca-Cola Company and the Black Eyed Peas; TRUKFIT, skate apparel company, an apparel venture with Lil Wayne. Over the years he has consulted entertainers and athletes including; Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Shakira, The Black Eyed Peas, Kobe Bryant, Ray Lewis, Peyton Manning, Donovan McNabb, Rihanna, Allen Iverson, Eli Manning, etc. He is a veteran Fund Manager with a track record of investing and advising minority- and women-led companies. He previously founded and served as a Partner of M.Glover Capital and SouthBox Ventures, and has invested in and launched 16 portfolio companies with 3 successful exits. He serves on the National Board of Directors of Defy Ventures. He also serves on the Advisory Board of TIME Inc. His experience also encompasses Impact and Social Justice, and he serves as an Advisor of Certified B Corporation, BMW Responsible Leaders Network, Greyston Bakery, and the Center for Open Hiring. He has served in a variety of advisory roles, including with WeWork Labs and the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA).
