In 1998, he formed FircoSoft as a co-owner and Chief Technical Officer. In 2001, he took the management of the company, and in 2011, he successfully conducted an LBO process and became FircoSoft's CEO. He leads the worldwide business for FircoSoft representing a team of 98 people. The team is globally focused to provide the best products and services ever in the watch list filtering market. He is driving the company with a board of directors responsible for the company strategy, financial performance, and business plan achievement.
