Mr. Ashley Cooper is a Co-Founder and serves as Director at Catalyst Growth Partners. He served as Board Member at Who Knows Wins. He also serves as Chairman and Board Member at Simply Do. He is also a Co-Owner and Director at 2B Enterprising. Previously, he served as Chairman at Nudjed. He also served as Chairman & Non-Executive Director at Careercake. Prior to that, he served as Chairman at Perpetual V2G systems. He worked for Rolls-Royce and General Electric prior to founding TES Aviation Group in 1995, As CEO, he grew the business to £100m in revenue (11% EBITDA Margin) by 2012 having taken on investment partners in 2007. He exited his final equity and ran the business until 2014 for a Japanese Consortium headed by Mitsubishi Corporation. In 2014 he founded Catalyst Growth Partners, an investment and business growth accelerator working with innovative businesses to drive growth. He sits on the Welsh Economy Minister appointed Regional Entrepreneurship Accelerator Programmer working with MIT (Boston) and an international cohort focused on Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship and is a founder member of the Inspire Wales Investment Consortium. He has a Diploma in Management Direction from The Institute of Directors in 2004. He also holds BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds in 1987. He serves as Chairman at Coincover.
