At EWHV, Mr. Pacala manages investments in and or sits on the Board of Directors at Bledsoe, Active Services, Physician Oncology Services, SleepMed, Amerifit Nutrition and Key Health. He serves as the Chairman of AccentCare, Inc. Mr. Pacala served as the Chairman of American WholeHealth Networks, Inc. He has been a Director at BENU, Inc. since April 11, 2005. He serves as a Director of Vantage Oncology, LLC. Mr. Pacala served as a Director of Active Day, Inc., Ascension Health Care Network, Inc., Key Health Medical Solutions, Inc., HealthHelp, Inc. and Amerifit Brands, Inc. Mr. Pacala holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with distinction, and a B.A. from Hamilton College where he graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He serves as Board Advisor at Babel health.
