Mr. John Imlay is an angel investor. He was the Founder and served as Chairman at Imlay Investments. He served as Advisor at SI Ventures. He was a Founder and also served as Chairman of the Board at Imlay Foundation. He is also the Founder of the firm and a Member of Human Resources Committee. Mr. Imlay has been a Director of the firm since 1998 and the Chairman since 1990. He is a Member of Advisory Board at Total Technology Ventures. Mr. Imlay is a Director of The Atlanta Falcons, Gartner Group, and System One Technical. Previously, he was the Chairman from January 1990 until November 1996, a Principal Executive Officer from January 1990 to January 1993, and the President from January 1990 until March 1992 at Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc. Mr. Imlay is the retired Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Management Science America Inc. He previously served as a Director of IMS Health since June 1998 and World Access since December 1998. Mr. Imlay was a Director of EzGov UK and SI Ventures. He was a Director of Metromedia International Group from 1993 to June 2002 and a Member of the Compensation and Audit Committees. In 1994, Mr. Imlay was inducted into the Technology Hall of Fame for Georgia and in 1997 received the Entrepreneur of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
