Mr. Amul Sanghani served as Managing Director at Unicorn Seeds. He is also an angel investor. Amul set up the seed production company in 1998, which later grew into an important integrated player in the vegetable and flower seeds industry - marketing in the domestic and international markets. The business was sold to a multinational in January 2008, generating impressive gains for the investors. The company had an employee strength of 120, including 40 Agronomist, Breeders and Pathologists. He has also cofounded two other start-ups, which have turned into successful medium sized ventures in Food processing and Phyto products space. He is now in the process of setting up another start up in Agri- business. He is an Industrial engineering graduate from Mysore University and has a MS degree (marketing and finance) from University of Texas.
