Mr. Stephen Marshall is an Angel Investor. He served as Chief Executive Officer at ShootProof. He was a Co-Founder & served as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Invision (Advertising Sales Solutions). He served as Chief Information Officer at IgnitionOne. He is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Invision (Advertising Sales Solutions), where he serves as a Chief Executive Officer. As one of the company's founders, he believes in the power of technology to transform how media is priced, sold, and delivered. He started his career in 1987 as an engineer for Unisys after receiving his Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Florida. In the early 90s, he worked for Keane as a management consultant helping to build a media practice for the company. In 1994, he was co-founder and CIO of INVISION, leading the engineering and helping to grow the company from a two-person startup to the leading provider of media systems in the industry. He left the business in 2009 to spend time with family and later started Theory M: a strategic consulting firm focused on helping clients solve the problems faced in moving into multi-platform sales. INVISION acquired Theory M in 2012 to leverage bringing the best media and engineering talent into one company.
