It was established in 1968, the plan provided retirement, disability, and death benefits to the eligible employees of Winchester Regional Health System doing business as Valley Health and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Winchester Medical Center, Warren Memorial Hospital, Valley Physician Enterprise, Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, Page Memorial Hospital, Hampshire Memorial Hospital, War Memorial Hospital, and Valley Regional Enterprises. The assets of the plan were managed by the executive management team.
