Watson Clinic Profit Sharing Plan is an integrated single-employer defined contribution corporate pension based in Lakeland, Florida. Established in 1963, the plan provides retirement and pension benefits to the employees of Watson Clinic, a multi-specialty medical clinic. The profit-sharing committee is responsible for the administration of the fund. The plan allows each eligible employee and partner of the clinic to elect to reduce the compensation he or she is otherwise entitled to in return for the agreement of the clinic to contribute the deferred amounts to the plan.
