Biography

Ms. Jennifer Neundorfer is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at January Ventures. She serves as Board Member at Elpha. She also serves as an Advisor at Bold Guidance. She serves as an Advisor and Board Member at Remesh. She serves as a Board Member at Proformex. She served as a Board Member at Complion. She co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at FlashStarts. She served as a Board Member at Lofthouse. She is responsible for selecting and coaching companies and making follow-on investment decisions at the end of the 12-week program. Most recently, she was Director of New Business Development for Fox Networks Group, where she was responsible for identifying and implementing new and transformative businesses. In that role, in 2012 she launched Dyle Mobile TV, a mobile broadcast network that leverages the broadcast spectrum to deliver a truly scalable mobile video network. PC Magazine described Dyle as a "promising" technology with "great potential", and CNN included Dyle as one of its 5 gadgets to watch at CES. In addition to establishing partnerships with major content owners (NBC, FOX, ABC, CBS) to secure video content, she worked with software and hardware partners to develop the product and deploy enabled devices. Before joining Fox, she worked at YouTube/Google developing their new monetization strategy and launching the Promoted Video ad product (i.e., AdWords for YouTube), which has since grown to represent a majority of YouTube's estimated $3.5 billion in ad revenue. Before YouTube, she was a consultant and Team Leader at Michael Porter's Monitor Group, where she helped build their new media and technology practice and advised companies on how to leverage technology as a strategic advantage. She is an operator turned investor who has been investing in early-stage startups for the last decade. As a Cuban-American, she is proud to be one of the few Latinx GPs in the venture. She believes the next decade's unicorns will be founded by a different, increasingly female, and increasingly diverse, set of entrepreneurs and she co-founded January Ventures to be the fund of choice for these founders at the early stage. As an operator, she launched and scaled media and advertising businesses at 21st Century Fox and YouTube. She brings commercialization and business development expertise to her portfolio as she focuses on go-to-market strategy and tactics. She is a mentor at TechStars and All Raise and has been interviewed by top media personalities. She earned an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Harvard. She serves as a Board Member at Elektra Health.
