Biography

Mr. Hubert Hellraeth serves as Partner at BDO Belgium. Hubert is an international tax partner for BDO with almost 19 year experience in international (corporate) tax advice (amongst them 16 years in a Big Four office). In this capacity he is a member of the BDO Centre of competence International Corporate Tax. Hubert works very closely with the tax professionals of the international BDO network. He is advising regularly on international structuring in different areas (financing, IP, M&A, supply chain) whereby he is assisting both publicly quoted and private companies within different industries and with Pan-European and worldwide operations. He is has a special focus on the Belgian-German cross border activities. Beyond his international experience Hubert works also on the local market advising companies of all sizes, assistance in due diligence) Hubert has a hands-on client service approach and has demonstrated his added value in serving a large number of publicly quoted and private companies.
