Biography

He held an investment management position with United Properties' affiliate NorthMarq Capital (then known as Northland Financial) from 1987 until he joined United Properties in 1993. He previously held finance positions with Citicorp and U.S. Bank and practiced law with Doherty, Rumble & Butler. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He serves as a member of the ULI Minnesota Advisory Board, U.S. Bank Twin Cities Advisory Board, the City of Minneapolis Development Finance Committee and is on the board of directors at CornerHouse, a local nonprofit that advocates for children and vulnerable adults. Frank received his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Dakota State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota.
