Biography

Mr. David Henning serves as Partner at Otimo Retail. Mr. Henning served as President and Principal Consultant at DHC Finance. He served as Chief Executive Officer at NSB Retail Systems. He has a long history in Retail Technology both as a C-level Executive and as a hands-on developer. Early in his career, David pioneered the development of a Point-of-Sale Solution for Windows-based PC's, created automated Distribution and Warehouse Management Systems, as well as a host of other state-of-the-art technology for retailers. He joined STS in 1992 and helped leading retailers like La Senza, Forzani, Tommy Bahama, Tommy Hilfiger, Chico's, Foot Action and numerous others deploy innovative solutions, while leading development organizations within STS. David became CEO of NSB, the successor to STS Systems and continued to expand the business into new markets including Australia with clients like Specialty Fashion Group, Sussan Group, and General Pants. David engineered the sale of NSB to Epicor in 2008 and became EVP and GM of Epicor Retail. Today Epicor Retail operates under the name of APTOS. After leaving Epicor in 2010, David began a consulting practice that provides strategic and operational guidance to retail technology companies including Momentis Systems. He also serves as President and Board Member at Momentis.
