Biography

Mr. Robert Vodicka serves as Vice President at Small Enterprise Assistance Funds. His primary focus is on fund formation, including fund documentation, budget/forecasts, legal frameworks, and investor relations. Robert is an ESG (environmental and social governance) officer, working with the funds and portfolio companies to ensure that all investees meet SEAF standards. Additional work includes due diligence on fund pipeline - market research, financial/operational analysis, valuation analysis, and investment structuring. He also acts as Chief of Staff for Bert van der Vaart, SEAF CEO. Robert's previous work was in small business management in operational and financial roles in the Chicago area. Prior to SEAF, He worked as Director of Operations for a mid-sized construction company with a national operational focus. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; and a BA from Illinois State University, Business Administration.
