Biography

Mr. Morgan Arford serves as Chief Investment Officer at Comprehensive Wealth Management. He leads Comprehensive Wealth Management's investment strategy to support clients on their path to live richly. Morgan has also been integral in forming the firm's core investment philosophy - that avoiding downside is more important than capturing all of the upside - through his proprietary CWM Performance Targeting System (PTS). Built on a proprietary algorithm developed by Morgan, CWM's PTS investment strategy assimilates economic, behavioral and geopolitical data to help forecast market risk and mitigate loss during periods of volatility, aiming for long-term positive returns. With this tool, Morgan's data analysis reveals strategic insights that guide decision-making around client portfolios, in line with individual client goals. In addition to his years in data analysis and finance, Morgan has also been a core contributor to CWM since he was in high school, when he assisted with various administrative projects. Morgan graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in data analytics and oversees portfolio management, investment analysis and the development and testing of new strategies.
