Biography

Mr. Rodrigo Esteves is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner and chief Financial Officer at Confrapar. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Tarken. He served as a Board Member at Nutrebem. He also served as a Chairman at JobConvo. He served as a Board Member at ePrimeCare. He has extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. In 2012, he became the Chairperson of the Board at Oktagon Games. In 2013, he joined Starline Tecnologia S/A as a Board Member. In 2017, he joined ALTAVE and OXIS Energy as Board Members. In 2019, he joined Compass 3D and Cliever Tecnologia as a Board Member, and XMobots\u00ae - Drones as a Board Member. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Electronics, from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais between 1991 and 1996. He also attended CSA | Colégio Santo Antônio between 1989 and 1990. In 1992 and 1993, he was a 2o Lieutenant of the Brazilian Army Reserve at CPOR. In 2002 and 2004, he received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NYU Stern School of Business, with majors in Finance and Marketing. He has also obtained several certifications, including an Administrador de Carteira de Investimentos from CVM in 2015, an Advanced Open Water Diver and Enriched Air Diver from PADI in 2006, a CGA (Certificação de Gestores Anbima) from ANBIMA in 2022, a CGE (Certificação de Gestores ANBIMA para Fundos Estruturados) from ANBIMA in 2021, and a CFG (Certificação Anbima em Fundamentos em Gestão) from ANBIMA in 2021.
