Biography
Mr. Jay Bradshaw serves as General Partner Principal at Ag Capital Canada. He served as Board Member at Farm Health Guardian. He also serves as Chairman and Advisor at Ukko Agro. He retired in June 2018 as President of Syngenta Canada Inc. During his 36 years in the Canadian agriculture industry, he forged many long-lasting relationships with agricultural networks across Canada which he maintains today. Jay's Board experience includes being the Chair and Director of CropLife Canada, CleanFarms Canada, Cereals Canada, ROI (Rural Ontario Institute), and the Ontario 4H Foundation. He has been named the CAMA AgriMarketer of the Year (2009) and received the Queen's Diamond Jubilee medal for his dedication to Canadian agriculture. After growing up on a farm in Quebec, Jay received his BSc.Agr from the University of Guelph. He also has an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.
