Biography

Mr. Kevin O'Neill is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Acertitude. He serves as an advisor to board members, CEOs, and C-suite executives, having led over 2000 searches for corporate enterprises and private equity firms globally. He leads the firm's global Consumer and Industrial practices and co-leads the firm's global Private Equity practice. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of O'Neill Consulting, an Acertitude company. He has ownership of not only the firm's strategic direction and aggressive growth but also is responsible for the ultimate satisfaction of every client. He has led senior client relationships in practices including Business Services, Consumer, Industrial & Manufacturing, and Private Equity. Prior, he spent his early career with investment banks Merrill Lynch and Kidder, Peabody & Co., as well as serving as a top client partner with a major search firm in Philadelphia. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Marietta College.
