Mr. Brooks Haden served as Chief Financial Officer at BidOnFusion. He also Co-founded pension investment consulting firm, Strategic Investment Solutions Inc. (SIS), with Mike Beasley and Barry Dennis, a firm that is presently managing $700B in client assets. Monitored and committed $2B in institutional pension fund and very high net worth family offices assets to both buyout and venture capital companies. Pioneered secondary private market investments for institutions, today a $30B market. - Accelerated revenue growth as part of the team for business development at SIS. Key clients included: Both Public and Private Pension Plans, Very High Net Worth (>$4BN) San Francisco Family Offices and others. - Created, managed and marketed 5 different exchange-traded fund (ETF) portfolios that were implemented bank-wide, as the VP of Business Development, Wealth Management, at Mechanics Bank. Managed portfolios, all which outperformed the SP 500 from 2007 - 2009. - Westernized a 3+-year old $40M Hong Kong-based, closed-end fund as the Director of Investor Relations for China Enterprise Investment Co. Investors included major European, Asian and American families as well as institutions and endowments.
