Biography
Mr. Peer Wolkers is the Owner & serves as Architect at Omni Architecten. He served as Architect and Eigenaar at BAS Architectuur. Peer Wolkers (1961) has been working as an architect since 1991. Graduating from the TU Delft, he started working in public housing in 1988, based on a great commitment to the wishes of users. For Peer, listening is just as important as designing. Sustainability, care but also putting things into perspective form the basis of his working method. Peer has experience in many projects in which intensive consultation with residents and users plays a major role. He is also involved in various repurposing and renovation projects. In addition to being an architect, Peer was also a board member of the BNA, the Den Bosch Circle, a board member of the Vught Historical Museum and a member of the Monuments Committee of the Municipality of Vught. He has also been chairman of the Spatial Quality Committee of Loon op Zand since 2008.
