Biography

Mr. Mark Reale serves as Managing Director & Head of Global Human Resources at HarbourVest Partners. He joined HarbourVest in 2014 and leads the Firm's global human resources team. He is an experienced human resource professional with expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, and helping teams achieve goals through organizational effectiveness. He joined the Firm from The Hartford Financial Services Group where he was a senior vice president and senior human resources executive since 2010. His previous experience also includes 20 years with Bank of America where he provided leadership for a wide range of human resources, merger integration and line of business functions. He received a BA in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University in 1990.
