Biography
Mr. Robert Whalen serves as Chief Executive Officer at HB-Global. He is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at HB Capital Management. Previously, he served as a NE Zone Sales Leader at Mercer Health & Benefits. As the current Chairmen and CEO of HB Global, Bob led the company from approximately $29 million of revenue in 2008 to over $500 million to date, largely through inorganic acquisition growth. Bob has led 23 acquisitions in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) space creating over $120 million of equity value for his employees. Bob has a Master of Finance degree from the Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business an MBA from the Cornell Johnson School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in agriculture economics from Cornell University.
