Andrey Panna General Information
Biography
Mr. Andrey Panna serves as Managing Director at Crestline Investors. He is responsible for the European Opportunistic investments. He was previously Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager of the Tenax Credit Opportunities Fund, one of the first private credit funds of its type in Europe. Prior to this role, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of European Special Situations at UBS in London. Prior to UBS, he was a portfolio manager running a proprietary book of illiquid special situations investments at Credit Suisse in London where he joined Mr. Guy in 2004. He has over 20 years of experience of investing in private capital transactions (structured equity and debt), financial restructurings, corporate finance advisory work and equity research experience. He currently serves on the boards of RST and several other asset-owning holding entities. He holds a BA from Lipscomb University, USA.
