Biography

Mr. Walter Tuthill served as Counsel at Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell. His practice focuses on partnerships, limited liability companies, and statutory trust law. Walt is also significantly involved in unclaimed property holder representations, bank and insurance regulatory matters, consumer banking law and general merger and acquisition and contract law matters. Walt helps clients resolve issues and accomplish transactions in a wide range of commercial settings, such as forming multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical joint ventures; formation, acquisition, and disposition of banks, trust companies, and insurance companies; guiding financial institutions through regulatory approvals; assisting in the formation, regulation or liquidation of publically traded and other large scale limited liability companies, limited partnerships and statutory trusts.
